- How do I find out what the cost is for shipping?
Shipping:
ShopTronics.ca uses UPS carrier service exclusively for orders. Orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Time) may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out via UPS services. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times. UPS does not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. All orders must be shipped by designated carrier service (no will-call or pick-up) and deliveries will require signature for release.
UPS Ground/Standard
Routinely delivered within 2-7 business days (refer to UPS Shipping Map at the bottom of this page for further details). Please note that these are only approximate UPS delivery times as provided to us by UPS. For guaranteed delivery time ask for Express Next Business Day Air or Expedited 2nd Business Day Air shipping. Orders placed before 12:00pm (Eastern Time) may take up to 1 business day for processing before shipping out via UPS services.
UPS Expedited 2nd Business Day Air

UPS Express Next Business Day Air

Additional Shipping Information
All shipping prices are quoted in Camadian dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted. ShopTronics.ca does NOT ship to PO boxes, APO/FPO. Overseas addresses please see the International Orders section. All items are shipped insured. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive confirmation by email including your tracking number and links to track your order on-line with UPS. We can not guarantee UPS delivery times and quoted delivery times are for guideline purposes.
Note: Print or save your order at checkout for your records. ShopTronics.ca will not bill your credit card until we ship your order.
Please note that UPS does not offer all service levels of shipping to certain locations. In these cases, packages will be shipped using the next best shipping service level or carrier as deemed suitable by ShopTronics.ca. If an additional cost is associated with the alternate shipping method, we will contact you to confirm the extra charge before your order is shipped. Depending on the alternate shipping method, delivery time for your order may be longer or shorter than expected.
Freight Costs
Freight costs are calculated based on UPS rates and reflect the total weight, dimensions, and distance of your order to your destination. The shipping charges will be calculated and displayed for you after you type in your shipping information. You will know the exact amount of shipping cost for your purchase before you enter your credit card info.
Most items sold on the internet are packaged for display by retailers, not to be shipped individually. Therefore we take great care in double boxing and securely packaging your order for shipment to protect it on it's journey to you.
Each added purchase to an existing order should reduce your overall shipping costs per item.
